Kamaji is an open-source Kubernetes Hosted Control Plane manager developed by Italian company Clastix and donated to the CNCF as a Sandbox project. It runs control plane components in pods rather than dedicated VMs, enabling multi-tenant managed Kubernetes at scale with significantly reduced operational overhead.
