SECA (Sovereign European Cloud API) is an open industry standard for cloud infrastructure management, developed as a building block for the EuroStack. Backed by European cloud providers including Aruba (Italy) and IONOS (Germany), the specification follows the OpenAPI Initiative's conventions to ensure broad developer trust and easy inspection.
